MATH

Monday: Ch 10.7 Whole Numbers and Fractions

Tuesday: Ch 10.8 Problem Solving - Draw a Picture

Wednesday: Chapter 10 review 

Thursday: Chapter 10 online test

Friday: Chapter 10 in class test


READING

This week we will continue to work with our "Two Days in May" text. The students are creating a news report based on the story in small groups. They are working on creating the script and acting it out in class. The spelling test was moved to this week to spend more time with the words.

Wednesday: Lesson 2 - How did early settlers affect your region's economy?

Friday: Lesson 3 - How have people helped places in your region grow?

HOMEWORK FOR THE WEEK

Students need to be taking home their Social Studies book this week and work on the vocabulary words, and keep up with the note taking for the Friday test.

Reading Journal is still Monday - Thursday.
